This is a villa with 3 bedrooms set in private grounds in
Branqueira which is located close to Albufeira and the nearest
beach. The villa itself is in a peaceful location with
views of the countryside.
In the village of Branqueira you will find a small shop and
couple of bars and restaurants. There is a 15 minute walk
[800m] to the nearest supermarket and 2km to restaurants, bars,
shops and the beach in Albufeira. The old town of
Albufeira is approximately 8 minutes drive away.
Accommodation and Facilities:
There are
3 bedrooms :
2 x twin bedrooms which share a bathroom with a bath and shower.
One of the twin bedrooms has patio doors leading to the terrace
and garden.
1 x double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower
The villa is built on 1 floor and is typically Portuguese.
You will find an open-plan lounge/dining room with table and
chairs, two large comfortable sofa which are in front of an open
fireplace. The lounge also has LCD TV and DVD player. Lots
of natural light in this room is due to the large windows and
patio doors that lead out onto the covered dining terrace.
The kitchen has modern appliances including a dishwasher and
also has access to the dining room and terrace.
Outside you will find a large swimming pool [9m x 4m with a
depth of between 0.8m and 1.9m] with Roman steps. The pool
is set in a large sun terrace which surrounds the pool and there
is also a well kept lawned garden adjoining the terrace which
has a built-in BBQ and a covered dining terrace which overlooks
the pool and garden. The garden is dotted with trees and runs
down the side of the villa. Access to the rooftop terrace is via
steps from the terrace.
There is a gate entrance which leads to a spacious parking area
with covered car port. The table tennis table is also
located here.
The villa also benefits from air-conditioning / heating.
