located overlooking the sea around 1.7km from the resort centre
of Arenal d'en Castell. The nearest bar, supermarket and
restaurant is 800m away whilst the beach is approximately 1.5km
away. Mahon Airport is a 25 minute drive.
Accommodation and Facilities:
This spacious and elegant
villa comprises 4 bedrooms; 1 double with en-suite shower
bathroom and 2 twins with a shared shower bathroom are located
on the lower level and a further double bedroom with en-suite
full bathroom is located on the upper level. All the bedrooms
offer lovely sea views and are comfortably furnished.
The upper floor is where you will find the high-spec kitchen
complete with microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
The welcoming lounge-diner which includes TV and DVD player can
also be found here as well as a separate guest toilet /
cloakroom.
The spacious dining terrace is a great place to relax and take
in the views down towards the sea. The villa features a fabulous
infinity pool (9m x 5m, minimum 0.90m & maximum 1.80m
depth with access via metal steps),
BBQ and sun loungers as well as a gated driveway.
Arenal d'en Castell is a perfect resort for families with small
children as the horseshoe shaped bay has sandy beaches and
shallow waters, during the summer months visitors can also hire
pedalos and windsurfing equipment.
