This lovely villa is
situated on a quiet, tree-lined street only 5 minutes walk to
the centre of Cala d'Or where guests will find an abundance of
shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is a mere 2 minute walk
away whilst Palma airport is approximately 45 minutes bay car.
Accommodation and Facilities:
This quaint villa is built on 3 different levels and is accessed
from several steps through a small private pathway and garden.
The entrance hall has a guest toilet and the nicely furnished
lounge features an unusual ceiling of curved terracotta ceramic
tiles. The decor and layout of the entire villa is in a typical
Mallorcan design. The Spanish digital TV (with limited English
channels) comes with a DVD player. Patio doors lead out onto a
balcony which overlooks the pool, the garden and down towards to
marina in the distance.
The dining area with circular
table opens out onto a fitted, open-plan kitchen complete with
modern appliances including a ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven and
microwave. The separate laundry room houses a washing machine
for added convenience. Stairs lead down from the kitchen to the
lower garden and furnished sunbathing terraces and tall trees.
The master bedroom with en-suite full bathroom is on the upper
floor also has the feature ceiling of ceramic tiles and offers
great views from the large picture windows. Double patio doors
lead out onto a spacious private balcony. The other 2 bedrooms
(also twin bedded) and a shower bathroom are accessible via the
staircase in the hallway on the ground floor. Both bedrooms have
double doors opening out onto a covered terrace and the pool
area.
The patio area is an ideal
place to relax and sun-bathe and is where the compact private
swimming pool (7m x 3m with Roman steps) is set. Ample patio
furniture and a BBQ enable guests to have a laid back holiday
despite being close to the resort centre of Cala d'Or.
