private and quiet setting overlooking a pine forest on the edge
of the popular and child-friendly beach resort of Cala Galdana.
The villa is only a 10 minute walk from the resort centre of
Cala Galdana and the beach where guests will find a selection of
fine restaurants, shops and bars. Ciudadela is a 15 minute drive
whilst Mahon airport is only 30 minutes away.
Accommodation and Facilities:
A private gated driveway opens up to the villa entrance
accessible through a large sweeping staircase. The villa has
bright decor through and consists of an entrance hall
with a staircase that leads to a lower ground floor with twin
bedroom and en-suite shower bathroom. The ground floor has 3
bedrooms including a double with en-suite full bathroom and 2
twins. Upstairs, is the fifth and final bedroom - a bright and
airy triple bedded room, ideal for teenagers/children.
Also on the ground floor is the spacious kitchen equipped with
modern appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher.
Patio doors from the kitchen lead out onto a furnished terrace
and the large open-plan living area adjacent to the kitchen has
comfortable sofas, TV and DVD player and a dining table.
Double patio doors open out onto the well kept garden, private
swimming pool (12m x5m, minimum & maximum 1.9m depth with metal
steps) and outside dining area with shaded terrace perfect for
Al fresco dining. The villa itself is enclosed by a wall around
the perimeter of the garden, making it very private
despite being a short walk away from the main resort. This
air-conditioned villa also features a casita house with built-in
BBQ, basketball net and table tennis.
