picturesque marina and 300m from the nearest restaurants, bars,
shops and pavement cafes. Guests will find a water park
approximately 1km away whilst the nearest beach is a mere 1.5km
away. Cap d'Artruix is a 40 minute drive to/from Mahon Airport.

From the entrance of this
air-conditioned villa guests will find an open-plan kitchen,
dining room and lounge, all decorated in a typically Menorcan
theme with a modern twist. The kitchen comes equipped with
appliances including dishwasher, microwave and washing machine
while the lounge is equipped with DVD player, television and CD
player. It is from this area that guests have access to a
terrace and private pool.
Also on the ground floor is a full bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms. From the lounge, guests access the master double bedroom via a gated staircase. This bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom and a private terrace offering lovely views out to the sea.
