machine and dishwasher. The private kidney shaped swimming pool
[8m x 4m approximately] has a patio and BBQ area with
sun-loungers, patio table and chairs. The villa also benefits
from a rooftop sun-terrace, safe and is alarmed.
The accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair access.

The nearest beach of Mil Palmerias is 15minutes by car. The
area is famous for its "blue-flag" beaches. Golf can be found
at Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas - all of which are 10
minutes by car. La Finca [Algorfa] is 12kms. The large theme
park of Terra Mitica is located near Benidorm and is
approximately 1 hours drive via the A37 and A7 motorways. There
is an aquapark in Torrevieja.
The airport of Alicante is 66kms and Murcia is 30kms. Local
amenities include supermarkets, banks, newsagent and bakery.
The natural parks of Laguna de Torrevieja, Laguna de La Mata and
Dunas de Guardamar are all close by.
