El Medano in Tenerife
Location:
A small complex of 14
villas located on the coast in a residential area called
Ensenada Pelada, approximately 15-minutes walk to the centre of
El Médano. There is a mixture of both 2 bedroom and 4 bedroom
villas on the complex.
Accommodation and Facilities:
Each of the villas are
semi-detached and are built on three floors; comprising the
basement, ground floor and top floor. The basement acts as
private underground parking for each villa. The ground floor
consists of the lounge and dining area with hi-fi, digital TV,
terrace and furnished porch with direct access to the communal
swimming pool [with surrounding sun terrace and loungers].
The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts washing machine,
electric cooker, oven, microwave and utensils. The ground floor
also has a guest toilet.
The top floor comprises the two en-suite bedrooms - one twin
bedroom [en-suite with built in wardrobes] concealing the safe,
and with views of "Mount Teide". The master bedroom has a
double bed, en-suite bathroom and features a furnished balcony
with sea views.

About:
El Medano is well known to windsurfers,
being a venue for the world windsurfing championships. There is
a huge expanse of light brown sandy beach, very gentle sloping
and perfectly safe for children.
