Today We Travel is registered as a member of the Travel Trust Association [TTA], a Trade Association comprising approximately 450 Travel Agents and Tour Operators in the UK.   Our Membership Number is U2997.

Many Travel Agents state that they operate Trust Accounts, but TTA members can provide consumers with peace of mind.  TTA members distinguish themselves from other travel organisations that operate Trust Accounts by adhering to the strict Code of Conduct including monthly monitoring of the Trust Account and its activity by an independent trustee [a Banker, Chartered or Certified Accountant, or Solicitor appointed by the Association].

How does it Operate ?
All payments received are held in a independently operated Trust Account, and a Safe Seat Plan is issued to you with a unique identifying number.  The Trust Account plus the Safe Seat Plan insurance coverage will ensure that all the money which you have paid is safely protected, and available to pay for those services which you have booked. 

Is there a Cost to your Agency ?
No!   The TTA automatically takes the cost of the insurance from Today We Travel's bank account when the Safe Seat Plan is raised upon receipt of the deposit or full payment.  The price quoted to you, or shown online, is the price you pay ... there are no hidden extras.
