Bookings comprising up to
5 rooms can be booked via our website.
If 6 or more rooms are required this must be done by
contacting Today We Travel by email
[sales@todaywetravel.co.uk]
or by telephone / fax.
Hotel accommodation is offered
strictly subject to availability, Upon receipt of a
written instruction to proceed with reservation, Today We Travel
reserves the right to offer alternative hotels should those
quoted not be available or subject to an unforeseen price
increase. Rooming list and final amendments
should be advised in writing 5 weeks prior to the date of
travel. Today We Travel shall be entitled to reject
single-sex or student group bookings. It is the
responsibility of the agent to inform Today We ravel of the
constitution of the group and the purpose of its visit.
For group
bookings [12 or more people on a single booking, or 6 or
more rooms] a deposit
of £10 per person will be required. [please see Section 2 -
Group Bookings]. The balance is then due 35 days [5
weeks] prior
to the date of travel.
