located on a low hillside, in a quiet area a mere 10 minutes
drive from Mahon. The nearest selection of restaurants and local
shops are only 2.5km away whilst an abundance of bars, shops and
restaurants can be found in Mahon itself. The Sa Mesquida beach
is 5km away.
Accommodation and Facilities:
This air-conditioned, 3
bedroom villa will sleep a maximum of 7 people. The bright,
fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, diner and laundry room
are on the ground floor and lead to the spacious terrace and
private pool area. A double bedroom with en-suite shower
bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms with an additional shower bathroom
are also located on the ground floor.
The welcoming lounge with comfortable sofas, televisions and DVD
player is located on the 1st floor, from where guests can walk
out onto another large terrace which offers fantastic views over
the harbour. A 7th person on an extra bed in the lounge can be
arranged - available at a supplement and on request.
Both the terraces at this villa
are an ideal place to relax and unwind, watching the yachts sail
by. The lower terrace features the private pool (8m x 4m with
Roman Steps) and has a BBQ, dining table and sun-loungers.
