The villa has 2 twin bedrooms 1 double bedroom, all with fitted wardrobes.  There is 1 full bathroom.  The lounge / dining room has a TV.  The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine.  There is also a separate toilet.  Outside, the villa has a private swimming pool with terrace and BBQ area.  There is also an outside washing room.

The villa is cleaned twice a week with a change of towels [once on arrival and once during the week] and a change of linen once a week.

The accommodation is offered on a self-catering basis.  The nearest restaurant is 300m away as is the nearest supermarket.

The nearest beach is located in Binibeca which is only 600m from the villa.

One of the earliest coastal coastal developments in Menorca, it was designed to resemble a Mediterranean fishing village, with whitewashed houses, orange trees and sun-drenched patios filled with geraniums.  A maze of narrow alleys, Moorish archways, boats and sea views.  You could easily spend your whole holiday here - there is a supermarket, souvenir shops, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, squash courts, and a children's play area.   The nearest beach is 1km away at Binibèquer - here you can hire sunshades, loungers and pedal boats and have lunch at a simple wooden shack which claims to be the only place in Menorca where you can drink with your feet in the sea!
