Location:
This group of white-washed villas is located in a quiet part of
the resort of Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. Although the
villas are in a quiet location, the shops, bars and restaurants
are within a ten minute walk, Playa Chica Beach just twenty
minutes walk and Arrecife airport a 10 minute drive away.
Accommodation and Facilities:
These villas have 2 elegant bedrooms [1 twin and 1 double] with
their own en-suite full bathrooms, flatscreen satellite TVs and
huge comfortable beds. The kitchens are compact but very modern
and include facilities such as washing machine and dishwasher.
The entrances to the villas are impressive and leading from the
marble steps you will be greeted by spacious rooms all decorated
in neutral colours and comfortable sofas and large plants.
Each of the villas has its own private swimming pool [8m x 4m
with Roman steps] which will be set into a sundeck with
sunloungers, lawns, large parasol and BBQ. There is also a
large heated communal pool available to all people staying at
the villas.
All the villas are air-conditioned and have heating.
