Only 20 minutes driver from Arrecife airport, Sands Beach Villas Resort is an ideal location for your holiday.

The lagoon style private sandy beach curves in a semi-circle and shelves gently and safely - perfect for swimmers.  No roads to cross - once checked in at reception, there are no roads or traffic to contend with.  The resort has its own private access to the illuminated promenade so you can walk along the sea coast into bustling Costa Teguise in the evening without ever having to cross a road.

Accommodation :

We have a range of different types of accommodation at the complex.  Choose from villas located on the beach front or in Plaza Villas, all of which are built around their own large swimming and paddling pools.  There are ample sunbeds and parasols here with the private beach less than a two minute walk away.  All villas have their own patio, balcony or veranda complete with recliner and outdoor furniture for al fresco dining.

Choose from newly furnished studios, one two or three bedrooms villas.  

All have fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer [with the exception of Key Largo which have partial kitchen with fridge without freezer].  In addition, all villas have satellite TV, direct dial telephone and modem connections.

There are fabulous swimming pools and the beach or take advantage of the on-site jacuzzi, sauna and massage facilities.

Board Basis :
These villas are offered on a self-catering basis.

However, at Sands Beach Villas Resort, is the newly opened Paradise Island complex.  This has an Italian ice cream parlour making its own homemade ice cream, a bar and restaurant, which as well as doing a wonderful full English breakfast, has regular barbecues and entertainment.  

The Resort boasts its own a la carte restaurant and bar, both of which serve a wide range of meals and snacks.  Well stocked and freshly baked bread, local produce and wine it also has a wide range of grocery produce.    If you like the idea of gourmet food delivered to you at your villa, there is also room service at no extra charge in the evening.

Leisure Facilities :
Paradise Island offers live music and regular quiz nights at the Sunset Bar and the Cabaret Club comes alive with two nightly shows.
