"Travel To"  - what do I need to put in here?  
Answer ... you need to type either the name of the resort or destination.  I will not work if you type in the airport code.
 

When I click on "Search Now", a list comes up saying 'please select from the list below or search again' - what do I do now?
Answer ... the list is asking you to make a further selection in order to narrow down the search.  Just click in the circle to the left of the resort of your choice, and then click on the "Search Now" button.
 

"Hotel" - do I need to put anything in this box?
Answer ... the "Hotel" box does not have to be filled in.  However, it enables you to narrow down your search for a particular hotel or apartment.  This does not have to be an exact match with the name, for example, if you know that the word 'Melia' appears in the name, you can just type this in and it will being up all the accommodation we have available in that resort/destination which has the word 'Melia' in it.  I will not work if you put the rating of the accommodation in.
 

"Board" - why does this say "all boards recommended"?
Answer ... we recommend that you leave the board basis as "All Boards" as the search may return an offer available for the dates selected , where [for example] half board is cheaper than bed and breakfast.
 

"Number of Rooms" - what does this mean?
Answer ... this must be used if you are looking for more than 1 unit.  For example if you want 3 x twin rooms, then you must select '3'.  If you are looking for 2 x 2 bedroom apartments, then you select '2'.   You can book up to 5 rooms - if you need 6 rooms or above, please contact us as this is considered to be a group booking.
 

If I ask for a number of rooms, some boxes appear.  Do I need to fill these in?
Answer ... depending on the number of rooms you select, you will be asked to fill in the number of adults, children and infants in each room / unit.  This information is used to search for rooms that accept the occupancy you require.
 

When the search shows the list of accommodation available, what order is this in?
When the search displays a list of accommodation, this is always displayed in ascending price order.
