Villa Boa
Esperanca is a charming detached villa situated in a prime
location within 10 minutes walk of the beaches of Castelo and
Evaristo. There is a selection of good local restaurants,
bars, cafes and a mini-market on the doorstep. The newly
built Albufeira marina is just 5 minutes drive away where you
will find Portuguese and International restaurants, plus a
little further is the bustling town of Albufeira with a large
variety of shops, restaurants, bars and exciting nightlife.

Downstairs:
A lounge/dining area with comfortable seating, satellite TV.
dining table and chairs and patio doors leading out to the
shaded dining terrace and a lovely swimming pool [10m x 5m].
There is a double bedroom with patio doors to a small balcony
overlooking the pool, one twin bedroom with patio doors to the
front of the house, a full bathroom.
There is a separate fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge
freezer, microwave. A utility room with dishwasher and
washing machine.
Upstairs:
One double and one twin bedroom both with private balcony and
one full bathroom. There is another sun terrace with
fabulous pool views.
Outside:
Set within extensive gardens with a variety of shrubs, flowers,
palm trees and large lawn areas with a picnic table and chairs.
There is a built in BBQ and outdoor shower. The swimming
pool is 10m x 5m.
Note: Located next door in Villa Nella [also available to
rent through ourselves]. The 2 villas are ideal for a
party of 16+ people.
