Can Pere Estrany is a beautiful
villa set in idyllic peaceful gardens in the upmarket Marina
area of Pollença. The extensive gardens make it a perfect
romantic hideaway, and also a lovely place for children to
explore on a family holiday.
In the gardens at Can Pere Estrany the owner has created an
incredibly lush and relaxing space. There are lots of lawned
areas and tropical plants - palms, olive and fruit trees,
hibiscus and cacti. There’s a large sun terrace by the pool and
a covered dining terrace with an outside shower bathroom. There
is also a built-in barbecue here for al-fresco dining. The pool
itself is a good sized rectangular shape [8m x 4m] with roman
steps and metal steps, and there’s a poolside shower here too.
The house is designed in modern-Mallorcan style with white
walls, tiled floors and beamed ceilings. There’s a large kitchen
with marble work surfaces and appliances including a dishwasher
and a corner oven and hob.
There’s a breakfast table and chairs here and a door leading out
to the barbecue area. Next to the kitchen is a large and sunny
open-plan dining room and lounge with comfortable seats around a
traditional stone fireplace and a television.
The house has two bedrooms - a double room and a twin room. The
double room has a beautiful antique bed and lovely views over
the garden. Next to this room is a full bathroom with a bath and
a shower. The twin bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom and
again has garden views. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning.
Can Pere Estrany is a lovely holiday home set in beautifully
designed and exquisitely cared-for gardens. The Marina area of
Pollença is just a short drive from the historic centre of the
old town with all its cafés, restaurants, shops and galleries,
and the beaches of Puerto Pollença are a 10-minute drive away.
