Damasio is set in an exclusive private residential area with
views encompassing the fabulous Pinhal Golf Course. As you
enter the villa you are greeted by a wonderful sweeping wooden
staircase leading up to the first floor.
Upstairs:
Accommodation provides 2 twin bedrooms with their own verandas,
one large family sized bathroom and one master double bedroom
with full en-suite bathroom and access to a large veranda with
fantastic views across one of Vilamoura's fabulous golf courses.
Downstairs:
1 twin bedroom with separate full bathroom and a further
cloakroom/toilet. The well equipped kitchen is fully
fitted with oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher, table and
chairs and access to a large enclosed patio with seating and BBQ
area.
The lounge area has leather seating, air conditioning, satellite
TV and DVD player and patio doors leading out to the pool area.
The split level dining area next to the lounge provides
comfortable dining chairs and table.
Outside:
Swimming pool [8m x 4m] set amongst mature gardens, fabulous
views over the golf course and patio areas to relax and
sunbathe.
