Filipa is an impressive and spacious villa offering a good
standard of accommodation within 10-15 minutes walk of the old
town of Albufeira with its abundance of restaurants, bars, shops
and nightlife plus the benefit of lovely sandy beaches featuring
a range of water sports. Also just a quick stroll from
Pateo where you will find a selection of local bars and
restaurants and a supermarket.

The interior of this roomy villa is very appealing and offers an
attractive split level lounge and dining area with comfortable
seating, fireplace, satellite TV and DVD player, and patio doors
to the terrace at the front of the house. The dining area
has a formal dining table and chairs and patio doors opening
onto a sunny dining terrace and the superb 8m x 4m swimming
pool.
There is a separate kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher,
microwave, kettle, toaster, breakfast table plus laundry room
with washing machine.
There is an ample sunbathing terrace surrounding the villa and
there is a built-in BBQ area with sink.

1 master twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms
and another full bathroom. There is also a
cloakroom/toilet.
