Finca Miguel Morro is one
of the most luxurious and elegant villas in Pollensa. No expense
has been spared in creating this beautiful home. It’s a
brilliantly designed combination of traditional Mallorcan
architecture and modern styling. The villa has wonderful views
of the surrounding countryside and Pollensa’s renowned golf
course and it’s also just five minutes away from the old town of
Pollensa.
Finca Miguel Morro is approached down a private road which is
used only by this villa and the handful of neighbouring houses.
It has extensive gardens with palm trees, almond and date trees.
A sleek swimming pool runs along the front of the house, with
roman steps, a waterfall feature, underwater lighting and even
its own separate jacuzzi. There’s a poolside shower bathroom
here too. There’s lots of teak garden furniture on the stone sun
terrace which runs around the pool, and there’s a professional
built-in barbecue on the covered terrace which joins the pool
area to the house.
From a lawn, next to the pool, runs the finca’s very own stretch
of wooded hillside - perfect for country walks.
The design of the inside of the house combines traditional
Mallorcan building materials - stone, dark wood and terracotta
tiles - with modern furniture and subtle spotlighting. There’s a
huge open-plan living and dining room with double doors leading
out on to the covered terrace. The lounge area has lots of
comfortable seating around a stone fireplace and there’s also a
television, a DVD player and a CD player.
The kitchen is also in modern-Mallorcan style. Appliances here
include a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven. There’s a second
dining table and chairs here too. Also on the ground floor
there’s a large twin bedroom with a sparkling white en-suite
shower bathroom with double sinks.
On the first floor, the master double bedroom has an en-suite
bathroom with an extra-large bath and a separate walk-in shower.
The third bedroom has twin beds and its own terrace overlooking
the Puig de Maria mountain, the nearby golf course, and even
distant views down to the sea. This room also has a luxurious
en-suite shower bathroom.
Finca Miguel Morro is a wonderful house, designed to an
extremely high standard of modern luxury and comfort. It’s set
in a lovely part of the countryside and is just a 5 minute drive
from the old town of Pollensa.
