250m² plot in a small close/cul-de-sac.
Offering a private heated swimming pool [depth of 1.6m to 1.2m],
jacuzzi, sun loungers, BBQ, outside dining area and cactus
garden.
The main bedroom features a 30m² terrace offering sea views and
has king-size bed, en-suite shower room, and safety deposit box.
The villa has sea views from the front garden [albeit not
panoramic as there is a house on the other side of the street].
There is a small additional garden to the side of the villa.
The ground floor comprises lounge/dining area [with access to
the pool], digital TV, stereo.
The kitchen has fridge/freezer, 4 ring electric cooker with
oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. It also has an outside
utility room with washing machine. There is also a garage.

El Medano is well known to windsurfers,
being a venue for the world windsurfing championships. There is
a huge expanse of light brown sandy beach, very gentle sloping
and perfectly safe for children.
