The kitchen, with American bar, is fully equipped with ceramic
hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, double fridge, kettle, coffee
maker. There is a washing machine and clothesline in a
storeroom located next to the kitchen.
The living/dining room has marble flooring, satellite TV, CD
player, air conditioning and heating.
The wide terrace and garden enjoy a private swimming pool [7m x
3.5m] which is heated during November to April.
Additionally, there are sun beds and a built in BBQ.
The complex also offers the use of the heated and communal
swimming pool and private parking.
